Should Gov. Quinn (IL) order the National Guard to protect South Chicago from violence?

If they did,Sharpton would there in a heart beat screaming radical profiling and civil rights violations.Nope,let Chicago figure it out,don't spend Illinois tax payer money on a hopeless situation.This is what happens when a society lets social justice to over rule justice by law.
