Do i need to stay singlleE?!?

i started datin this guy..and i really like him, i accually do.. but i cant seem to stop talkin to other guys and i tend to cheat on him a little bit.. idk what it is but i feel like i cant stay faithful to him.. how do i stoppp?!?
