Help with Orwell's 1984?

I have to write a comparison essay for my english cl. I am comparing George Orwell's 1984 with Aldous Huxley's Brave New World. I haven't completely read 1984, because I'm a procrastinator and this is due very soon, I was just wondering if the Brother hood (the organization against the Party in 1984) actually exists. If anyone knows if the brotherhood exists please let me know ASAP, I need to hand this in for friday
