Is this a good diet if i want to gain weight and muscle.?

if you want to gain weight and muscle you have to follow a plan. you have to eat high protein and high carb meals. and you want to lift weights to convert the fat you gained to muscle. muscle weighs more than fat by the way. every night that you can eat red meat (like beef) and high carbs like potatoes or noodles. this will help you put on fat. depending on your metabolism factors how easy it is to gain weight. after you put on some weight you want to lift weights. find your max weight. then do 10 reps at 50% 8 reps at 60% and 6 reps at 75% remember to have someone spot you
