Question about underarm and leg hair and nails? GIRLS ONLY PLZ?

Yeah this may sound silly but im 14 and i shave my underarms but there is always this noticable brown stubble? i have an electric shaver i use and also a hand one but i dont use gel with the hand one as my mum doesnt know i bought a hand one...so is there any way i could get rid of that and on my legs where i shave ive its noticeable i shave my legs as its very spotty well not actual spots but well you know what i mean? any ideas how to get rid of that look so im confident in a dress with no tights or anything? also i dont have long nails at all and ill be honest i bite and pick my nails..im not the only one so dont judge :) anyway i can make my finger and toe nails look longer? xxx
