Shakespeare's poem translation?

He's saying this: what can I possibly say that I haven't either already said or shown you when it comes to how much I care about you, how much you mean to me, etc. To the extent that no matter how many times he says it, it seems he needs to say it again, so that neither time nor age will change the feelings nor the need to express those feelings in as new a way as possible.
