Questions for 1st presidential debate?

I was disappointed with Jim Lehrer's moderation of the 1st presidential debate. They skipped over alot of the important issues. What kinds of questions would you like for Jim Lehrer to have asked? I was pretty pissed off about the NATO expansion topic. Obama and McCain agreed that the Membership Action Plans (MAP) for Ukraine and Georgia to enter NATO must continue. There is one other country on a MAP. That is Macedonia. A competent moderator would have asked both candidates why they omitted Macedonia, and why that country should be admitted into NATO. Albania and Croatia are also about to become members. Seeing as how Albania, Croatia, and Macedonia are likely to be the most problematic members of NATO, while also having the least to offer to the alliance, I think that this is a pretty important foreign policy issue. This is why I believe that a debate moderator should be an expert on the subject, rather than a celebrity who acts like they are ************* Larry King.
