Question for all physical therapists(sports medicine) Or ( pediatric PT)?

I want to study and become a PT. I graduated in 04 and I took time off to really figure what I want to do with my life. I decided finally PT specializing in sports pr maybe specializing in kids. I went through a few injuries my self so I know this is what I wanted to do. So I don't want to go to a liberal arts college because 1 my fiance doesn't like the idea of me not being around a lot and especially us trying for kids in the near future. I know there are trade schools but I want to know about how long did it take does it pay okay and what other things do I need to know if I want to study this. Also I could only work part time because it can not mis with my fiance's plans. He works and I have to be around sometimes for shows etc.... Thanks for all the advice in advance
