Hdb digging a hole for me to get trap?i need help.?

i,m a season ticket holder for p 3 mths,due to unforseen matter,i miss the booking date and was told to park 600meter away from my house.i rejected and was summon for almost 20 ticket till date.finally i found out that the carpark full because the areaoffice fill in with other blk resident(100meter away).i did appeal and get rejected.
