2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder 2.4L 4 Cylinder won't start, any ideas why?

Crankshaft sensors can cause this intermittently with out setting codes. I'd want to double check the timing marks, a jumped timing belt may look good but if the timing is off you don't go anywhere.
