Is this a good laptop?

Well i would not prefer that because although the memory is 320Gb which is in your limits, the processor is Core2Duo which I consider obsolete as compared to intel i series. Also the windows installed is vista which is way too backward than windows7. When you search , you should go for windows7 and an i5 processor with 2-4Gb Ram and >300Gb Hard disk
