I couldnt agree more. Every week there is a story about their terrible treatment of animals. I despair when I read them. They will eat anything and there seems to be no animal welfare whatsoever. Only this week there was an article in the press about their treatment of bears that I couldnt read. I wish we could do something about it all. They just dont seem to have the same care or feeling for animals. I think more should be done to tell the world exactly what they are doing.

I have read your question, and it starts out simple enough, except at the point where the other person weaved into the middle lane, and ped then turned into you, still makes it look as if you failed to yield the right of way kinda, I think the time to call the police was then, for all I know or you for that matter she was drinking anyhow, normal people hit you, or try to stop, but dont weave around you, then cut back in and hit you? from what this really sounds like, is she hit you, so we are back to that.. Well it has to go through insurance anyhow, if you tell the insurance company, you are not at fault, that she weaved around you then hit you, and stick to your statement that she hit you, no matter what, the insurance should write this down as a not at fault for you (thats good) but you have to be clear, and not admit fault later, or they will change it to at fault ok?

sounds like the carburetor needs cleaned.unless it's really old it should not need a new carburetor.try to run a very small wire like a needle out of a steel brush,in all the holes on the carburetor and spray some carburetor cleaner in all the holes.hope this helps.

Take your rat to the vet! I'm sure there is something they can give your rat to get rid of the infestation. Another reason to take her to the vet is because you are not sure why your other rat died. There is no guarantee that the sick rat didn't give your current rat something, or if it is genetic. A few years back, I had gotten two dwarf hamsters, one died only after a month of having her. I brought in my other hamster and I was sure glad I did because she was sick too. It was something genetic, that had I not gotten checked out, my other hamster would have died also.

As a mom of a 20 year old, a former Hippie and owner of a 64 Turkish Standard Bus, my advice is to keep your Chevy S10 as your daily driver, buy the best split window bus you can find for your money (watch for rust underneath), take your time, learn to fix it up and work on them yourself, there's lots of help out there and on the web. It might take a while to get it to be a roadworthy warrior, BUT a good split window bus is only going to INCREASE in value. And the FUN factor, let's just say it's better than any pot I used to smoke!!

Help. Any advice about feeling more confident about my looks?

I have a lot going for me. I'm about to graduate from art school ( im majoring in audio production I would like to be a recording artist and record producer ), and also next yr I'm moving to L.A. to pursue careers in both acting and music. I'm a laid back, kind, well mannered, caring, compionate, thoughtful, considerate, trustworthy, reliable, independent, friendly, some what shy, creative, and funny. When it comes to girls I just don't have the same confidence I have with everything else. I have a lot of female friends, but as far me having a romantic relationship not so much. I guess I don't really try to ask girls out b/c I feel that wouldn't like me b/c they'd probably find me to be unattractive. I don't find myself to be unattractive, but I was told that I was once by a girl I like when I was like 13 and that has really stuck with me; and I've never really gotten over it. I'm 23 now and I just want to feel better about my looks and have the same confidence I girls as I do with other phases of my life. I just want to feel better about myself and open up more. I think that feeling more secure about my looks would help me break out of my shell when it comes to girls in a romantic sense. Sorry the long details.
